Concession Stand Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Concession Stand Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation of our concession stand. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and quality product. The Concession Stand Coordinator will answer to the CASA Executive Committe, and be responsible for managing all aspects of concession stand operations, including inventory management, volunteer supervision, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Operational Oversight: plan and execute daily operations, ensure equipment is in working order and maintained properly
- Volunteer Management: create schedules for volunteers (example sign up form) and available to assist and attend to issues that may arise
- Customer Service: interactions with customers (children and parents), address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Inventory Control: manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Financial Management: handling cash transactions and prepare deposits, monitor sales trends and implement strategies for customer experience with profit, recognize and provide recommendations for improvement
- Compliance and Safety: ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitor food handling practices to maintain quality and safety standards, and implement necessary changes as needed.
Qualifications include:
- Safe Sport certification (background check) is recommended.
